Great Biceps and Triceps Video

This is a great use of resistance bands by FitnessBlender. Biceps and Triceps are some of the easier muscles to work using resistance bands, so this is a great place to get started for someone who has never tried resistance band training. All you'll really need to get started is a set of resistance bands and some comfortable shoes, as you'll be standing on the bands. Remember that when using resistance bands, the tension is greatest at the highest point of your extension and falls off quite a bit as you bring your arms back to the starting position. You'll want to try and stay at the peak for a little bit extra to get the most out of your workout. All in all, it's a great video. Check it out!
